Biography
Dave Pagliarini is the Lead Investigator and Nielsen Chair of Metabolism at the Morgridge Institute for Research at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is also an Associate Professor of Biochemistry. His laboratory blends large-scale proteomics and metabolomics analyses with mechanistic and structural biochemistry approaches to systematically characterize the functions of orphan mitochondrial proteins related to human disease. Dave has received a number of honors, including a Searle Scholar Award, the Presidential Early Career Award for Scientists and Engineers (PECASE), and the 2017 Young Investigator award from the Protein Society.
