Why do I need to print my ticket(s)/badge(s)?
Your badge needs to be printed to facilitate meeting new people around you. It helps everyone to feel at ease and makes it easier to remember names if you would like to stay in contact at the later date.
Where is my entrance ticket(s)/badge(s)?
The easiest way to get your tickets is to find your email order confirmation; tickets are usually attached as a PDF file you can print. The email will be coming from lss2017@epfl.ch and details will also be sent from this domain, be sure it is on your “Safe List” so you’re not missing any of those.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Sorry, no, your ticket is non-transferrable however you can be reimbursed if you contact us before September 30. After October 1st, 2017, all tickets are non-refundable (see cancellation conditions below)
Cancellation conditions
- Cancellations must be made in writing to the organizers by email (lss2017@epfl.ch).
- Cancellations received prior to 30 September 2017 will be reimbursed.
- Cancellations received after 30 September 2017 will in principle not be reimbursed.
